The Shelter Expert Worry Free Guarantee

The Shelter Expert hereby guarantee the structural integrity of our products for a period of 10 years from date of purchase.  Any defective structural  component that affects the structural integrity of the product within this 10 year period will be repaired or replaced free of charge. (Subject to terms and conditions) Your statutory rights are not affected.

Terms & Conditions

1. The customer must ensure that the product is maintained in line with our 
   Care and Maintenance
     recommendations, at their own expense.
2. Any minor cosmetic defects must be notified to the Shelter Expert as soon as is practicable upon discovery.
3. Details of any maintenance work carried out and the product order number  must be e-mailed to The Shelter Expert at [email protected] within 30 days of such work being carried out,

Exclusions

1. Damage caused by Vandalism, Acts of terrorism, fire, earthquake  or any other force majeure.
2. Damage or defects as a result of misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to maintain the product in line with our care maintenance recommendations.
3. Cosmetic defects to any component of the product that do not affect it’s structural integrity.
4. Cracks, splits or any other damage to the Pet-G sheeting which is not a direct result of manufacturing defect.
